Beginner Mat: Designed for students who are new to Pilates. The class emphasizes the essential principals and fundamentals of Pilates as drawn from Joseph Pilates original method.
Beginner/Intermediate: This class challenges students with a further increase in tempo and flow, and adds a few movements from the intermediate protocol. Correct form and fuller ranges of motion are emphasized.
Intermediate/Advanced: Designed for experienced students proficient in the order and flow of the Pilates mat work. Students will experience a quick tempo and strong emphasis on form and transition.
Mat/Tower: A class limited to 4 students which will introduce the beginning protocols of the reformer and tower epuipment.
Reformer Class: Limited to 4 students, this class incorporates the Reformer spring resistance to increase strength and flexibility. Both Beginner and Intermediate classes are offered.
Tower: This class incorporates intermediate mat moves and adds the springs of the tower to heighten coordination and control of the Pilates movements.
Multi Equipment: A class designed to incorporate several pieces of Pilates equipment in one session. Reformer, Tower, Mat and Barrells will be utilized in a fun and challenging workout.
Cardio Mat: We will get your heart rate up in this class as we break it up into sections of Pilates mat work and aerobic exercise. A challenging workout which gets cardio and Pilates in ONE SHOT!
